Policies and Pricing

  • Book your appointment only if you intend on coming
  • If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us within 24 hours in advance in order to avoid additional chargers
  • ALL appointments must be confirmed with a card on file and/or a deposit must be made in order to reserve your spot. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel it. All deposits will go towards your service and are non-refundable
  • No Calls/No Shows will result in a 50% fee of service booked. Late cancellations will result in 30% fee. You will not be able to rebook untill payment is made.
  • In the event you are unhappy with your service, you have 72 grace period to address any concerns and make adjustments.
  • Consent forms must be completed by everyone prior to the start of your first service with us to ensure the safety of our clients and protect our business
  • We have the right to refuse any client and/or service if needed

Refills and Bookings

Eyelashes naturally shed a few strands a day, therefore refills must be scheduled every 2-3 weeks to maintain your lash extensions. The longer you wait in between your refills, the more work is needed and the cost will be higher. After a certain point, most of those eyelash extensions would have already fallen out or is too grown out so they will need to be removed. You will then need a full set.

Pricing for refills are increments of weeks since your last visit. We offer a 2 day grace period in consideration for spot unavailability or schedule conflicts. If you come exactly 2 weeks from your previous appointment, that is a 2-week refill. If you come 2 weeks and 3 days from your last appointment, it will be a 3-week refill. Therefore, please plan accordingly.

Any issues that you may have with your eyelashes must be addressed within the first 3 days of your service. If there is a salon/lash artist problem we will gladly fix it complimentary. If its a client/aftercare problem, we would like to pinpoint, educate and prevent the problem from reoccurring. Therefore, it needs to be brought up to our salon ASAP.
